In attendance: Councilman Jonathan Ray, Councilman Matthew Tortorice, Mayor Pro-Tem Daryl McIntyre, and Mayor Isaac Howard Absent: Councilman Darius Crump and Councilman James Chapman Subject: Water Pollution Prevention Report / Municipal Water Pollution Resolution Mayor called Meeting to order Discussion: Mayor Isaac Howard had sewer operators Terrell and Waters here to present the Water Pollution Prevention Annual Report to the Council. Councilman Matthew Tortorice moved to approve the Municipal Water Pollution Prevention Resolution which addresses the actions to be taken in case of a sewer violation. Mayor Pro-Tem Daryl McIntyre seconded the Motion. The Motion was roll call voted as the following: Councilman Jonathan Ray – Yes Councilman Matthew Tortorice – Yes Mayor Pro-Tem Daryl McIntyre - Yes Mayor Isaac Howard – Yes The Motion passed unanimously. Councilman Jonathan Ray moved to adjourn. Mayor Pro-Tem Daryl McIntyre seconded the Motion.
