Regular Meeting

Odessa, MO · February 7, 2022

AgendaMinutes

Minutes

Board of Alderman February 7, 2022 Budget Work Session Recap Agenda Item Recommend an 18% increase in water tap fees instead of 120% increase. 18% increase may continue to spur new development. Aldermen Cramer would like to see the total cost for energy that the City pays to the Missouri Public Utility Alliance, which purchases from Evergy. Aldermen would like additional clarification on the data for comparative sewer tap fees in other entities. Information was provided regarding the basis of the City’s current business license fees (business license tax) and Planning and Zoning fees. No additional feedback on remaining proposed fees.
