Sam Houston Odessa, Texas 79761 Wednesday, December 1, 2021 2:00 p.m. Although this attendance may not require this type notice under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Government Code of Texas, in order to keep the public aware of steps being taken on this matter, notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Odessa City Council may attend the Ector County Redistricting Joint Task Force Committee meeting as set out above. The purpose of the attendance is to listen to or discuss an item being presented relating to items on the attached agenda. Although there may be discussions, there will be no votes nor will any official action to be taken by the City Council, nor are these discussions planned as board meetings at which any final action would be taken.
