Call to Order Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. 2. Minutes AS moved to approve. SK second. Motion passes 5-0. 3. Correspondence/ Presentations. None. 4. Building Commissioner’s Report A) Under Construction B) Permits Issued – Current permit count C) Nuisance Properties D) Miscellaneous Year to date we have issued 164 permits. Application fees are going to be close to $100,000 by the end of the year. 5. Ordinance Planning No report. 6. Building Code Review Committee Report No report. 7. BZA Report Two applications are pending. 7 Beach Lane and 13 Turret. Both applications were on the October agenda but were passed to November. November meeting does not have a quorum so considering a special meeting before December 14, 2023. 8. Old Business A) Proposal regarding a change to the Ordinance regarding Building Permit Time Limit. This is being worked on. It will hopefully go to town council in the December meeting. B) Thoughts on building code revision - some recent challenges in determine height restrictions. This matter is on hold for now. C) Other None.  MINUTES 9. New Business A) Capital Expenditures (subgroup) B) Master plan There is a group that works along the great lakes that may be able to assist the Town with the portion of the Master Plan relating to the beach area. Discussions continue on the priority of the Master Plan. A number of ideas are in the works including a pavilion at Kratz Park, Long Lake Park, refacing the fire department, and other items. There are some improvement projects the town is getting pricing on to see what could be completed before our centennial. C) Improving information to residents D) Other Review of Rules and Procedures and the jurisdiction for the town code and state statute. The Plan Commission and BZA are going to review our current rules of procedure and compare it with what the state statute requires. Then recreate or clarify what each group wants to see. 10.
