Call to Order at 7:04p 2. Minutes - Approval of the May 8 regular meeting and June 18, 2024, Public Hearing minutes. Approved by unanimous consent. 3. Correspondence- none 4. Building Commissioner’s Report - J. Ogden A) Under Construction - B) Permits Issued - year to date: 88 permits issued worth about $57,000. C) Nuisance Properties - 15 Beach, 6 Indian Camp D) Miscellaneous - interest issues 5. Ordinance Planning - nothing to report 6. Building Code Review Committee Report - did not meet 7. BZA Report - - A. Sarkisian - BZA met twice: 105 Diana related to set back and height; 70 shore on set back; 13 Turret 8. Old Business A) Discussion with C. Lattimer and PC on the proposed building height ordinance - Chris Lattimer was kind enough to come to the meeting at our request to talk about the proposed ordinance changes related to building height and the implications to requirements for the fire department certification. After Chris left, the committee discussed how the implications would affect the wording of the proposed changes. Discussion was tabled for further consideration. B) Other - none 9. New Business A) Master Plan Discussion - Scott K. provided a draft of a Master Plan (the first revisions in over 15 years). At the conclusion of the discussion, the Committee approved support for the plan and supported a required public hearing for the Master Plan after which the plan would go to the Town Council for a vote.
