Under Construction – 58 Shore, 58 Diana, 105 Diana beginning, 5 Chestnut almost done b. Permits Issued - 162 with a value of $106,00 c. Nuisance Properties – Jeremy is working on one property d. Miscellaneous - interest issues 5. Ordinance Planning - no report 6. Building Code Review Committee Report – no report 7. BZA Report - A. Sarkisian - no report 8. Old Business 9. New Business • Status of fire dept external review – scheduled for Nov 15th @ 230p • Revisions of 2 or 3 Ordinances not passed by Town Council – Jeremy will work on the revisions as separate proposals. • Resident questions of vent pipes from 58 Diana septic field – will be permanent but will be covered with bushes. • Striping on roads – will occur when paving is done, probably in the spring. 10.
