Ogden Dunes Water Board Meeting Minutes Monday, April 7th, 2025 @ 4:30 P M Location: Town Hall 1. Meeting Minute Taker Rotation (Leslie) 2. Approve the minutes of the March 2025 (All) – Approved by all board members. 3. March Water Department Fund Report (Julia) – JS Not much new activity to report in March. 4. 1st Quarter Water/Sanitation Billing Update (Julia) JS Can view bills online 5. New Water Department 8 Month CD (Jim & Julia) CD eight- month extension, no penalty if early withdraw. 6. Changes to TT Future Billing (Jim & Julia) Jim S. did not have an opportunity to meet with TT- this cycle TT billing will be corrected. 7. Utility Pipe Sales Quote (Jim) Reviewed 8. M.E. Simpson Follow-Up: Gate Valve, & Meter Vault GPS & Hydrant Water Flow (All) Board reviewed three quotes provided by M.E. Simpson. Unanimous board agreement to begin work. 9. Recent IDEM Inspection Results and Follow-Up (All) Confirmed this is done and completed. 10. 2” Meter Replacement Invoice Update (Julia) No payments or updates for G.C. invoice. Action Item: TC to follow up with Pete. 11.Revisions required to the meter vault at 58 Diana (Tom) Will revisit 12.Additional Pump House Outdoor Ground Lighting (Leslie) LT to meet with DS and ML on options. Confirmed ground, uplighting. 13.Additional Wood Chips around Pump House (Jim & Mike) Freshen up area, ML to make the necessary arrangements to replenish wood chips where required. 14.Pump House Outdoor Plug Installation (Tom) TC will address when it is warmer out. 15.Water department Cross Training on Software (Mike and Jim) ML has completed with team and continues to cross train as needed.  16.Zenner Defective Parts Return Procedure (Jim & Mike) All parts are in-house, nothing pending with Zenner for repairs. DS addressed possible state inventory requirements. 17.USIC/Indiana 811 Billing Issue Update (Julia) Nothing new to report. 18. ODWW Master Plan (Tom) 19.Updated Backflow Checklist via Zenner Software (Leslie & Jim) Action Item: Jim to setup time to meet.
