Property Acquisition - 17 and Gibson. Proposed Resolution 2014-8 approving the terms and conditions of a real estate purchase contract for the purchase of real property located at approximately 1781 Gibson Avenue. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Property Acquisition - Trackline Economic Development Area. Proposed Resolution 2014-9 approving the terms and conditions of four (4) real estate purchase contracts and one (1) lease option agreement for the acquisition of property in the Trackline Economic Development Project Area. (Resolution adopted with the correction to a minor error, vote: 7-0) 3. Public Comments.
