Common Consent (voice vote): a. FY 2015 Budget Amendment – Harrison Storm Sewer Project. Proposed Ordinance 2014-35 amending the budget in the amount of $700,000. (Public hearing set for August 26, 2014, vote: 6-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Intent to Adjust Current Boundaries between Ogden City and South Ogden City. Proposed Resolution 2014-16 declaring the intent to adjust the current boundaries of Ogden City and South Ogden City by relocating the mutual boundary thereby eliminating from Ogden City areas that are served by South Ogden City. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0. Public hearing set for October 21, 2014, vote: 6-0) b. Mobile Food Trucks. Proposed Ordinance 2014-34 amending Section 15-2 of the Ogden City Code to define and provide uniform standards for mobile food trucks, and to allow mobile food trucks to operate in certain zones.
