Consideration of the appointment of Neil Garner to the Weber-Morgan Board of Health. (Appointments approved, vote: 7-0) 6. Reports from the Planning Commission: a. Rezone of property at 350 7th Street. Proposed Ordinance 2017-2 to amend the zoning map for property located at 350 7th Street from Single Family Residential(R-1-6) and Community Commercial (C-2) zones to Multiple Family Residential (R-3) zone. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) b. Non-Conforming commercial style buildings ordinance amendment. Proposed Ordinance 2017-3 to amend Section 15-6-3.H of the Ogden Municipal Code regarding the uses and standards for non- conforming commercial style buildings in residential zones. (Ordinance adopted, vote: 7-0) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic.
