Recognizing Washington Heights Church for their many contributions to the Ogden community, including a recent home rehabilitation community service project. (No action required) b. Common Consent: (voice vote) a. Ogden City Arts Committee. Consideration of the re-appointments of Michael Palumbo and Shane Osguthorpe to the Ogden City Arts Committee. (Approve reappointments) 7. Approval of Minutes: (voice vote) a. Regular Session of December 6, 2016 – Council member Stephens b. Joint Work Session of December 6, 2016 – Council member Blair c. Regular Session of January 3, 2017 – Council member Garner 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic.
