Recognition of Ogden City Special Events for bringing Ogden to life through world-class events. (No action required) b. Hispanic Heritage Month. Joint Proclamation declaring September 15 to October 15, 2017 as “Hispanic Heritage Month” in Ogden City. (Approve joint proclamation – voice vote) 5. Approval of Minutes: (Voice vote) a. Joint work session of November 1, 2016 and work session of January 24, 2017 – Council member Lopez b. Regular meetings of February 14 and June 6, 2017 – Council member Stephens c. Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Amendment – Swift Building, Grants, and Information Technology Division. Proposed Ordinance 2017-40 amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 in the amount of $1,193,305. (Set public hearing for October 3, 2017 – voice vote) 7. Public Comments. This an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Proposed Resolution 2017-8 amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 in the amount of $165,000. (Set public hearing for October 3, 2017 – voice vote) 4. New Business: a. Participation and Incentive Agreement – OBE Vision, LLC for SR56, LLC. Update on amendment discussed in August 22, 2017 Redevelopment Agency meeting. (No action required) 5. Public Comments.
