Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Ogden Raptors . Recognition of the Ogden Raptors for winning the 2017 Pioneer League Championship Series. (No action required) 5. Approval of Minutes: (voice vote) a. Regular Meeting of March 21, 2017 – Council member Blair b. Joint Session of June 13, 2017 – Council member Lopez c. Special Meeting of June 13, 2017 – Council member Nadolski d. Joint Session of June 20, 2017 – Council member Stephens e. Work Session of June 27, 2017 – Council member Garner 6. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Christmas Village Committee . Consideration of the appointment of Maralyn Mazza to the Christmas Village Committee. (Approve appointment) 7. Public Hearings: a. Fiscal Year 2018 Arts Grants . Proposed Resolution 2017-20 awarding Arts Grants for FY2017- 18. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) October 10, 2017 Page 2 of 2 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation d. Strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property e. Strategy session to discuss the sale of real property f. Discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems g. The regularly scheduled Redevelopment Agency meeting has been cancelled. Continuation of Work Session if Necessary Public meetings may be held electronically in accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-207 to allow Council members to participate via teleconference.
