Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Amendment – Flowers Foods Building Asbestos Removal. Proposed Resolution 2017- 10 amending the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 budget in the amount of $75,000. Proclaiming Michael David Wiggill as the Honorary Mayor of Christmas Village for 2017 and declaring Saturday, November 25, 2017 as “Michael David Wiggill Day” in Ogden City. (Approve joint proclamation – voice vote) b. Buy Local. Joint Resolution 2017-6 challenging residents to join the City Council and Mayor in promoting holiday shopping and dining within Ogden City limits. (Adopt joint resolution – voice vote) 3. Approval of Minutes: (voice vote) a. Special meeting of August 8, 2017 – Council member Nadolski b. Work Session of September 26, 2017 – Council member Stephens 4. Public Hearing. a. Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Amendment – Property Tax, Union Station, Public Services, and Capital Improvements. Proposed Ordinance 2017-45 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2018 in the amount of $1,838,575. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 5. Public Comments.
