Renaming Municipal Wards to Municipal Districts;
Ogden Hinckley Airport Small Community Air Service Development Program Grant;
Council/Board comments; and
Council/Board business.
Any items not fully addressed prior to the City Council meeting, which begins at 6:00 p.m.,
may be addressed immediately following that meeting.

a. Annual Action Plan Amendment #1. Proposed Resolution 2017-16 adopting Amendment #1 to the Annual Action
Plan for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. (Set public hearing for December 5, 2017)
b. Fiscal Year 2018 Budget Amendment – Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Action Plan Amendment #1. Proposed Ordinance
2017-48 amending the Fiscal Year 2018 budget for anticipated revenues of $2,024,775 related to the Fiscal Year
2018 Annual Action Plan Amendment #1. (Set public hearing for December 5, 2017)
4. Report from Administration:
a. Indigent Defense Commission Grant. Proposed Resolution 2017-21 authorizing application for funding from the
Utah Indigent Defense Commission. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote)
5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be
considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are
to state their name for the record. Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing
to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com).
The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to an
agenda item that includes a public hearing or public input should be given during the meeting as that item is discussed.

Blvd., Ogden Utah.
