Proposed Resolution 2017-16 adopting Amendment #1 to the Annual Action Plan for the period July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Proposed Ordinance 2017-48 amending the Fiscal Year 2018 budget for anticipated revenues of $2,024,775 related to the Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Action Plan Amendment #1. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) v. Microenterprise Loan Program. Proposed Resolution 2017-22 adopting a Microenterprise Loan Program. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 6. Reports from Administration: a. Business Loans of Utah. Proposed Resolution 2017-17 approving a loan in the amount of $50,000 to the Business Loans of Utah (BLU) and approving participation in the BLU Loan Program. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 7. New Business: a. Municipal Districts. Proposed Ordinance 2017-49 amending subsections 1-7-2, 2-3-1, 2-3-2, and 2-3-3 of the Ogden Municipal Code to rename municipal wards as municipal districts. (Adopt/not ordinance – roll call vote) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record.
