Adams Community Reinvestment Area – Weber County Interlocal Agreement;
Adams Community Reinvestment Area – Participation and Incentive Agreement for 455 25th Street;
Council/Board business; and
Council/Board comments.

a. Special meeting of January 2, 2018 – Council member White
b. Regular meeting of January 2, 2018 – Council member Blair

6. Public Hearing:
a. Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Proposed Resolution 2018-4 adopting the Annual Action Plan
for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote)
7. Report from the Planning Commission:
a. Lincoln Place Development Agreement Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2018-8 approving the amendment of
the development agreement for land generally located along the south side of 12 th Street between Lincoln and
Grant Avenues. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote)
8. Report from Administration:
a. Mayor’s Proposed Tentative Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget. Presentation of the Mayor’s proposed tentative Fiscal
Year 2018-2019 Budget. (Accept/not accept for review – voice vote)
9. New Business:
a. Annexation of Islands of Unincorporated Weber County. Proposed Resolution 2018-6 declaring the intent to annex
portions of existing unincorporated islands as recommended by the Weber County Commission and setting a public
hearing for July 10, 2018. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote)
b. Annexation of a Portion of Weber County at 860 West 24th Street. Proposed Resolution 2018-7 declaring the intent
to annex portions of an unincorporated island at about 860 West 24 th Street and setting a public hearing for July
10, 2018. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote)
10. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be
considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are
to state their name for the record. Comments, which cannot be made within these limits, should be submitted in writing
to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com).
The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings. Comments pertaining to an
agenda item that includes a public hearing or public input should be given during the meeting as that item is discussed.

Blvd., Ogden Utah.
