Ogden Trails Network Committee. Consideration of the appointments of Randall Wright and Brian Waters to the Ogden Trails Network Committee. (Approve appointments) b. Ogden Diversity Commission. Consideration of the reappointments of Azenett A. Garza Caballero, Betty O. Sawyer, Pricilla M. Martinez, and Taylor N. Knuth and the appointments of Kathie Darby, Jeremy Shinoda, and Jayson Stokes to the Ogden Diversity Commission. (Approve reappointments/appointments) May 15, 2018 Page 2 of 2 6. Public Hearing: (Continued from May 1, 2018) a. Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. Proposed Resolution 2018-4 adopting the Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 7. Report from the Planning Commission: (Continued from May 1, 2018) a. Lincoln Place Development Agreement Amendments. Proposed Ordinance 2018-8 approving the amendment of the development agreement for land generally located along the south side of 12th Street between Lincoln and Grant Avenues. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments, which cannot be made within these limits, should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
