Recognizing Weber State head football coach Jay Hill for being honored as Coach of the Year by the Utah Sports Commission. (No action required) 5. Approval of Minutes: (voice vote) a. Joint work session of February 20, 2018 – Council member White 6. Common Consent: (voice vote) a. Ogden Diversity Commission. Consideration of the appointment of Marcy Taylor Rizzi to the Ogden Diversity Commission. (Approve appointments) May 22, 2018 Page 2 of 2 7. New Business: a. FY2019 Budget Presentation. i. Presentation. ii. Proposed FY2019 Tentative Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2018-9 adopting the tentative budget of Ogden City for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. (Set/not set public hearing for June 5, 2018) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments, which cannot be made within these limits, should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
