Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Recognition: a. Christian Pratt. Recognizing Christian Pratt as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis Youth of the Year. (No action required) 5. Common Consent: (Voice vote) a. Christmas Village Committee. Consideration of the appointment of Judi Culley to the Christmas Village Committee. (Approve appointment) b. Ogden Trails Network Committee. Consideration of the re-appointments of Randall Wright, Brian Waters, Erica Lyon, Shad Burnham, Kevin Brown, Aric Manning, Sunny Hayes, Ben Chournos, Jerome Berg, and Ron Thornburg to the Ogden Trails Network Committee. (Approve re-appointments) June 19, 2018 Page 2 of 2 6. Public Hearings: a. Salary Schedules. Proposed Ordinance 2018-10 adopting salary schedules for all employees of the City. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) b. Enterprise Fund Transfers. Proposed transfers from the City’s Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Refuse Utility Enterprise Funds to the General Fund and Capital Improvement Fund. (Accept public input – no action required) c. Capital Improvement Plan. Proposed Ordinance 2018-11 amending the FY2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments, which cannot be made within these limits, should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
