Work Session of February 27, 2018 – Council member Stephens c. Special Meeting of March 13, 2018 – Council member Blair d. Work Session and Closed Executive Session of March 13, 2018 – Council member Choberka e. Regular Meeting of March 27, 2018 – Council member White 5. Common Consent (voice vote): a. Fiscal Year 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan Amendment – Water Projects. Proposed Ordinance 2018-25 amending the FY 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan project WU015 for water distribution, fire flow, and pressure improvements and project WU036 for the 36” water transmission line alignment and repairs. (Set public hearing for August 21, 2018) August 7, 2018 Page 2 of 2 6. Public Hearings: a. Fiscal Year 2019 Final Budget. Proposed Ordinance 2018-24 adopting a Certified Tax Rate and Final Budget for Fiscal Year July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Comments, which cannot be made within these limits, should be submitted in writing to the City Council Office (citycouncil@ogdencity.com). The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
