Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Moment of Silence. 4. Report from Administration: a. Refunding of Series 2005A Junction Bonds. Proposed Resolution 2018-8 authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $2,400,000 aggregate principal amount of tax-increment refunding revenue bonds. (Adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 5. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record. Report from Planning Commission: (continued from July 10, 2018) a. Annexation of Islands of Unincorporated Weber County. Proposed Ordinance 2018-21 approving the annexation of portions of unincorporated islands as recommended by the Weber County Commission and labeled as Islands A – G which are generally located west of Ogden City, with the exception of Island E which is located south east of Ogden City; and designating zoning consistent with the General Plan. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) 3. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic.
