Joint work session of May 15, 2018 – Council member Lopez c. Work session of May 22, 2018 – Council member Stephens d. Work session of May 29, 2018 – Council member White 5. Report from Planning Commission: a. 2017 Culinary Water Master Plan. Proposed Resolution 2018-12 adopting the Ogden City Culinary Water Master Plan. (Receive public input; adopt/not adopt resolution – roll call vote) 6. Public Hearing: a. Fiscal Year 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan Amendments – Water Projects. Proposed Ordinance 2018-25 amending the Fiscal Year 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance – roll call vote) August 21, 2018 Page 2 of 3 7. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. The Council encourages civil discourse for everyone who participates in our meetings.
