Misspelling of Committee member names Priscilla Martinez and Clairesse Miljour on
minutes for 10/28/2020. Committee member Vause motioned, Committee Member
Sawyer 2nd, motioned passed to approve minutes with misspellings corrected.

A. VCBO Virtual Facility Tour
Tour presented by Brent Tippets, Whitney Ward, and Nathan Leavitt, committee
had open discussion of possible facility features
Discussion on community outreach, subcommittee created by volunteer of Priscilla
Martinez, Tanner Koons, Clairesse Miljour, Regina Esparza, Lani Olgilvie, Gerod
Sawyer and Tom Debole
