White Center Advisory Committee Meeting Results December 2, 2020 Electronic Via Zoom Meeting 4:00 PM 222 28th St, Ogden, Utah 84401 Call to Order  Meeting called to order By Chair White at 4:01PM Reading of Determination by Chair White Roll Call Present Absent Camille Cook Dr.Mikel Vause Tanner Koons Lani Ogilvie Priscilla Martinez Tom Debole Clairesse Miljour Gerod Sawyer Ronald White Carlos Grava – for Juan Martinez Sean Bishop Edd Bridge Sara Yearsley Brent Tippetts – VCBO Whitney Ward – VCBO Regina Esparza Approval of Minutes from 11-18-2020 Meeting  Motion from Member Camille Cook, 2nd from Member Gerod Sawyer, motion passed unanimously 1. Open and Public Meeting Training – Tracy Hansen, Ogden City Recorder  Tracy Hansen presented on protocol for having public meetings 2. New Business a. Programming Sub-Committee  Edd asked for volunteers for a sub-committee that will discuss programming and report back to the full committee  Volunteers were Member Tanner Koons, Gerod Sawyer, Clairesse Miljour, and Sara Yearsley, Sean Bishop  Member Priscilla Martinez motioned to approve the volunteers for the sub- committee, 2nd by Member Gerod Sawyer, motion passed with no unanimously 3. Survey Process Update – Whitney Ward, VCBO  Whitney went through the rough draft survey with the committee   The rough draft will be further discussed with the Community Outreach Sub- Committee 4. Sub-Committee Reports a. Policy and Procedure Sub-Committee  Chairman Ronald White and Member Camille Cook presented that the sub- committee met with Mara Brown, City Attorney last week and they formed draft of policies and procedures. Once it is finalized it will be presented to the committee for voting. b. Community Outreach Sub-Committee  Member Clairesse Miljour presented a shared document of possible community entities/places to reach out to for the survey. The document is intended to be contributed to by all committee members.
