New Business a. Community Outreach and Survey – Whitney Ward VCBO  Whitney read through the survey questions, there was an open discussion amongst the committee on questions  Whitney requested that everyone take the survey as a test run. She will have Sabrina Lee send the link to the members 2. Sub-Committee Reports a. Community Outreach Sub-Committee  Member Clairesse Miljour reminded everyone about the collaboration document for community contacts  Member Regina Esparza reported that the committee discussed a press release for the survey.  Member Regina Esparza also reported that the committee reviewed the social media and website for the center and feels we need a stronger more active presence. There is no Instagram account, but a Facebook account. Sabrina Lee told them she would look into who they need to coordinate with to move forward with suggestions.  3.
