• FY 2025 Arts Grants Update – Lorie Buckley
• FY 2025 grant application opened on Friday, December 7
o $150,000 available in funding
• Applications will be accepted until Friday, January 12 at 4pm MT
• 2 Informational webinars were held Monday, December 11
o Recording will be posted on the Ogden City Arts website
• Reviewed composition of the grant panel, its evaluation process, timeline, and conflict of
interest policy
o Discussed access to previous grantees’ final reports
• Marshall White Center Public Art Request for Qualifications Live – Lorie Buckley
• National RFQ released on Café on November 27
o Call will close on January 31
• Reviewed composition of panelists charged evaluate submissions, as well as the RFQ
evaluation process
• January Meeting Reminder – Lorie Buckley
• Review Arts and Culture Master Plan
o Outlined Arts and Culture Master Plan review to be conducted at January
2024 meeting
o Ogden City Arts is seeking funding to support a refreshed plan in
anticipation of the existing document’s 10th anniversary

o December 12 from 6pm-9pm - The Happy Magpie is hosting a Boxing Party in
anticipation of the business’ move to Salt & Hops.
o Ogden Ar(t)chives Mailbox has been relocated to The Corner (25th Street and
Washington Blvd.)
