CALL TO ORDER - 6:55 p.m. 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION A. Consideration of a motion to recess into an executive session to discuss personnel matters of non-elected personnel pursuant to the exception provided in K.S.A.75-4319(b)(1) regarding the Internal Auditor position. (City Council) Motion by Council Member Randall, seconded by Council Member Vogt, to recess into an executive session to discuss personnel matters of non-elected personnel pursuant to the exception provided in K.S.A.75-4319(b)(1) regarding the Internal Auditor position for 45 minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Absent: Bacon, and Campbell Councilmember Bacon arrived at 6:56 p.m. Motion by Council Member Bacon, seconded by Council Member Vogt, to extend the executive session by 10 minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. Yes: Copeland, Bacon, Brownlee, Randall, McCoy, and Vogt Absent: Campbell Motion by Council Member Bacon, seconded by Council Member Vogt, to extend the executive session by 10 minutes. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
