1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m.

Present: 5 - Chair Marygrace Jennings, Commissioner Susan Aurand,
Commissioner Diana Fairbanks, Commissioner Ron Hinton, and
Commissioner Kathy Murray
Absent: 4 - Vice Chair Stacy Hicks, Commissioner Britta Echtle, Commissioner
Katie Nelson, and Commissioner Rick Perry
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
15-0955 Gateways Field Trip
Commission members toured the 8 sites identified as "gateways" in the
Comprehensive Plan. Members took photos and made notes which staff will compile
into a report for review and discussion at the October Arts Commission meeting.
The information was provided.
