Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper,
Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and
Councilmember Jeannine Roe
2. CLOSED SESSION
2.A 16-1265 Closed Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b) - Labor
Negotiations
Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. She
recessed the meeting to Closed Session at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.140 (4)
(b) - Labor Negotiations. She announced the Council would meet for no more than 45
minutes and no decisions will be made. The Assistant City Attorney was present at
the Closed Session. The Mayor noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the
regularly scheduled business meeting.
There were no decisions made.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The Closed Session adjourned at 6:15 p.m.
