ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Renata Rollins 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 18-0631 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - Personnel Matter (City Manager’s Mid-Year Performance Evaluation) Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:31 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1 ) (g ) to discuss a personnel matter related the City Manager's performance evaluation. She announced the Council would meet for no more than 1 hour and no decisions will be made. She noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. The executive session was held and no decisions were made. 3. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m. City of Olympia Page 1
