Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones,
Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper,
Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and
Councilmember Renata Rollins
2. BUSINESS ITEM
2.A 18-1125 Boulevard Road Process and Objectives
Economic Development Director Mike Reid gave an overview and background regarding
the Boulevard Road surplus property. He reviewed areas of consensus and discussion
that were brought forward at the Land Use and Environment Committee. He discussed
the plan for stakeholder engagement around the issue and the development of an RFP.
He shared an estimated timeline for the project.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
City Manager Steve Hall noted he would like the ideas discussed to be brought back to
the Land Use & Environment Committee.
The study session was completed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
