ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Clark Gilman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Yến Huỳnh, Councilmember Dani Madrone, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Renata Rollins 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 21-0705 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - Personnel Matter (City Manager’s Mid-Year Performance Evaluation) Mayor Selby called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss a personnel matter. She announced the Council would meet no more than 90 minutes and no decisions would be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. Mayor Selby noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. The executive session was held and no decisions were made. 3.
