2.A 21-0727 Draft Phase 2 Environmental Impact Statement for the Future Capital
Lake Preferred Alternative Briefing
Department of Enterprise Services Director of Government Relations Ann Larson;
Floyd-Snider Senior Environmental Planner Tessa Gardner-Brown and Floyd-Snider
Senior Engagement and Environmental Planner Ray Outlaw gave an in-depth overview of
the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for long-term management of Capital
Lake.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
The study session was completed.
