1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Clark Gilman, Councilmember
Jim Cooper, Councilmember Yến Huỳnh, Councilmember Dani
Madrone, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Dontae
Payne
2. BUSINESS ITEM
2.A 22-0045 2022 City Council Retreat
The City Council and Executive Team participated in an exercise regarding how they
show up as leaders. Both the Council and Executive Team discussed how they define
success, expectations, needs as a group, and how best to work together. The City
Council and Executive Team reviewed the City work plan and priorities.
Clarifying questions and discussion occurred through out the day.
The discussion was completed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 2:20 p.m.
