2.A 23-0810 Greenhouse Gas Inventory and Carbon Wedge Analysis
Director of Climate Programs Pamela Braff PhD gave a briefing on the results of the
greenhouse gas inventory and carbon wedge analysis.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
The study session was completed.
2.B 23-0767 Southeast Annexation Discussion
Community Planning & Development Deputy Director Tim Smith and Finance Director
Aaron BeMiller gave a briefing on the potential annexation of the Southeast Urban
Growth Area into Olympia city limits.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions and discussed the issue.
The study session was completed.
