ROLL CALL Present: 5 - Mayor Pro Tem Clark Gilman, Councilmember Yến Huỳnh, Councilmember Dani Madrone, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Dontae Payne Excused: 2 - Mayor Cheryl Selby and Councilmember Jim Cooper 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 23-0842 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i); Litigation and Potential Litigation Mayor Pro Tem Gilman called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:02 p.m. He recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:04 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i); Litigation and Potential Litigation. He announced the Council would meet for no more than 45 minutes and no decisions will be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. He noted the Council would return at 6:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. The executive session was held and no decisions were made. 3.
