2.A 25-0320 Olympia 2045 - Comprehensive Plan Update Progress Report
Principal Planner Joyce Phillips provided an update on the status of the Olympia 2045
Comprehensive Plan Update.
The study session was completed.
2.B 25-0319 Olympia 2045 - Public Participation and Partners chapter of the
Comprehensive Plan Update
Senior Planner David Ginther reviewed and discussed the draft goals and policies of the
Public Participation and Partners Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan.
The study session was completed.
2.C 25-0307 Olympia 2045 - Capital Facilities Goals and Policies of the
Comprehensive Plan Update
Principal Planner Phillips reviewed and discussed the draft goals and policies of the
Olympia 2045 Capital Facilities Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions and shared their feedback.
The study session was completed.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION
3.A 25-0341 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - Personnel Matter

Mayor Payne recessed the study session at 7:06 p.m. He asked the Council to
reconvene in 5 minutes for an Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to
discuss a personnel matter. He announced no decisions would be made, the meeting
was expected to last no longer than 120 minutes, and the Council would adjourn
immediately following the Executive Session.
Mayor Payne reconvened the meeting at 7:11 p.m.
The executive session was held and no decisions were made.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
