The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.

Chief Wright informed the Commission about the Lieutenant testing process of 4 Fire
Lieutenant Candidates. Plans are ongoing for Women in the Fire Service Event in
Lacey/Olympia area. More to follow.

5.A 19-0178 Approval of January 15, 2019 Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes
Commissioner Soule moved, seconded by Chair Villegas Bremer, to approve
the minutes. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Chair Villegas Bremer and Commissioner Soule
Abstained: 1 - Commissioner Callner
5.B 19-0179 Approval of Entry Level Police Officer Register
Comissioner Callner moved, seconded by Comissioner Soule, to approve the

register. The motion carried by the following vote:

5.C 19-0180 Approval of Lateral Police Officer Register
Commissioner Callner moved, seconded by Commissioner Soule, to approve
the register. The motion carried as follows:

Police and Fire Department staff discussed the City's response during the snow storm.
