The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.

The agenda was approved.

5.A 22-0185 Approval of January 26, 2022 Community Livability and Public Safety
Committee Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
6.A 22-0024 Recommendation of Call for Art for the Martin Way/Pacific Avenue Art
Crossings Public Art Project
Arts Program Manager Stephanie Johnson and Arts Commission Chair Jim Burlingame
presented the call for art for the Martin Way/Pacific Avenue Art Crossing.
Committee members asked clarifying questions.
Committee member Selby moved, seconded by Chair Payne, to recommend
the Call for Art for the Martin Way/Pacific Avenue Art Crossing and forward to
full Council for consideration. The motion carried by the following vote:

Safety Committee
6.B 22-0166 Reimagining Public Safety Process Update
Strategic Planning & Performance Manager Stacey Ray provided an update to the
Reimagining Public Safety process.
Committee members asked clarifying questions.
The information was provided.
6.C 22-0172 Advisory Board and Commission Members Exit Survey Questions
Strategic Communications Director Kellie Purce Braseth discussed an advisory
committee member exit survey and drafting a Survey Monkey for the Committee to
review. The Committee also discussed recognition for outgoing advisory committee
members. Executive Services Assistant Jennifer Lobe will work with Arts Program
Manager Stephanie Johnson and Senior Planner Marygrace Goddu to draft a tiered
approach to advisory committee member recognition.
Committee Members asked clarifying questions.
The discussion was completed.
