APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 23-0162 Approval of January 25, 2023 Community Livability and Public Safety Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 23-0182 Property Crime Update Police Chief Allen and Lieutenant Wyllie presented a property crime update and answered clarifying questions. The information was provided. 6.B 23-0183 Youth Council Scope, Schedule and Budget Assistant to the City Manager Susan Grisham presented an update on the scope, schedule and budget for the newly formed Youth Council and answered clarifying questions.
