CALL TO ORDER Chair Huỳnh called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Yến Huỳnh, Committee member Dontae Payne and Committee member Cheryl Selby 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 23-0442 Approval of April 26, 2023 Community Livability and Public Safety Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 5.B 23-0416 Approval of May 2, 2023 Community Livability and Public Safety Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 23-0460 Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement Project Approach and Timeline Discussion Samuel Martin, SDM Consulting presented information and timeline for the Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement project. The Community Livability and Public Safety committee asked clarifying questions. The information was provided.
