CALL TO ORDER Chair Huỳnh called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Yến Huỳnh, Committee member Dontae Payne and Committee member Cheryl Selby 3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 3.A 23-0386 Cultural Access Program Advisory Board Interviews Committee members interviewed applicants for the Cultural Access Program Advisory Board in ten minute increments. Following the interviews, the Committee discussed applicant qualifications and advisory committee membership. The Committee agreed to recommend the following applicants for appointment: Mariella Luz, Kris Tucker, Paul Parker, Justin McKaughan, Melissa Meade, Mikaela Shafer, Anne Larsen, Diana Fairbanks and Bret Anderson. Additional discussion followed regarding vacancies on the Arts Commission and Heritage Commission. The Committee agreed to recommend Stacy Hicks for the Heritage Commission vacancy and Coral Garey for the Arts Commission vacancy. The recommendations were forwarded to the City Council for consideration and action. 4. ADJOURNMENT Chair Huỳnh adjourned the meeting at 8:45 p.m. City of Olympia Page 1
