Chair Huỳnh called the meeting to order at: 5:04 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL

member Dontae Payne

3.A 24-0940 Review of Advisory Committee Procedures and Expectations for Future
Guidebook
Strategic Communications Director Kellie Purce Braseth provided a review of the
proposed changes to Advisory Committee Roles and Expectations and Committee
Rules of Procedure documents and provide staff guidance on updating the documents to
establish an Advisory Committee Guidebook. The Committee discussed and asked
clarifying questions.
The discussion was completed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 p.m.
