Special Meeting - Police Auditor Interviews
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Yến Huỳnh called the meeting to order at: 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 3 - Chair Yến Huỳnh, Committee member Clark Gilman and Committee
member Dontae Payne
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
3.A 25-0150 Interview Civilian Police Auditor Respondents
The Committee interviewed representatives from 5 Stones Intelligence, OIR Group and
Pivot Consulting Group for the next Civilian Police Auditor role.
The Committee discussed and provided City staff with guidance to move forward with
references and background checks on the candidates, and asked the recommendation
of a candidate be placed on the March 26, 2025 Community Livability and Public Safety
Committee meeting agenda.
The interviews were completed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 9:14 p.m.
