Chair Sorrells called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

6.A 22-1010 Case: Martin Way Affordable Housing, 111 Pattison St NE, 22-5574
Boardmember LaValle moved, seconded by Boardmember Kreem, that the
Design Review Board recommend approval of the detail design review plans
for Martin Way Affordable Housing & Shelter. The motion carried by the
following vote:
Aye: 6 - Chair Sorrells, Vice Chair Cassel, Boardmember Kale,
Boardmember Kreem, Boardmember LaValle and Boardmember
Schmitt
Excused: 3 - Boardmember Gulden, Boardmember Philips and Boardmember
Twombly
6.B 22-1018 Discussion of Annual Retreat
A retreat in early January or late February was discussed. Staff to follow up with dates at
future meeting.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 22-1020 Discussion of 2023 meeting location and time
A doodle poll will be sent out to determine the Boardmembers' preferred meeting venue
and time.
The discussion was completed.
6.D 22-1021 Discussion of Design Review Board Buddy System
The buddies have been revised at the direction of the Board.
The discussion was completed.
