1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Cassel called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 6 - Vice Chair Roussa Cassel, Boardmember Nathaniel Kale,
Boardmember Bassim Kreem, Boardmember Joseph S LaValle,
Boardmember Quentin Philips and Boardmember Abigail Twombly
Excused: 2 - Chair Virginia Sorrells and Boardmember Katrina Schmitt

6.A 23-0085 Case: North Thurston School District RMAC South, 200 Sleater Kinney
Rd, 22-6507
Boardmember Philips moved, seconded by Boardmember LaValle, to
recommend approval as proposed without conditions of the North Thurston
School District RMAC South. The motion passed unanimously.
6.B 23-0087 Retreat Planning
DRB retreat to be held Saturday March 25; more details to be sent out to
Boardmembers.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 23-0088 Work Plan Submittal
The Board discussed the 2023 work plan. The work plan will be added to the next
scheduled meeting.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS - None
8. OTHER TOPICS
The Board discussed the Buddy System for project review and House Bill 1026
regarding DRB roles in project review.
9. ADJOURNMENT
