CALL TO ORDER Chair Sorrells called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.A 23-0173 Approval of January 26, 2023 Design Review Board Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 6.A 23-0181 Case: Lansdale Pointe, 911 Burr Rd SE (In vicinity), 22-5941 The project applicant team gave presentations on Lansdale Pointe. Boardmember Kale moved, Seconded by Chair Sorrells, to recommend approval with conditions of the Lansdale Pointe concept design review. The motion passed unanimously. 6.B 23-0174 2023 Design Review Board Work Plan Mr. Ewing discussed the Design Review Board plan and added a section on awards to it. Boardmember LeValle moved, Seconded by Boardmember Phillips, to recommend approval of the 2023 Design Review Board Work Plan as proposed and forward to the Community Livability Public Safety Committee (CLPS) for approval. The motion passed unanimously. 7. REPORTS - None 8. OTHER TOPICS Boardmember Kale discussed WA State proposed bill limiting the role of design review boards in the state. 9.
