CALL TO ORDER Mr. Ewing called the meeting to order at 10:05 a.m. 2. BUSINESS ITEMS 6.A 23-0290 2023 Design Review Board Retreat Ms. Floyd gave the presentation on how the Comprehensive Plan guides adopted design standards. Mr. Ewing gave the presentation on where design review falls within the City land use and permit review process. City of Olympia Page 1 Design Review Board Meeting Minutes March 25, 2023 Ms. Borth gave a presentation on historic preservation and shared experiences and insights on adaptive reuse of historic properties. Boardmembers participated in an architectural trivia game. Boardmember LaValle lead a walking tour of completed projects that have been previously viewed by the board and received final occupancy.
