Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

The agenda was approved.

The minutes were approved.

Chair Davies announced she attended the January Community Livability and Public
Safety Committee meeting.

6.A 23-0094 Commission Work Planning for 2023
Chair Davies presented a Commission work plan for 2023.

Vice-Chair Garner moved, seconded by Commissioner Hull, to amend the
work plan to remove partnering with LoveOly and recommend approval to
City Council. The motion passed unanimously.
6.B 23-0097 Planning for Heritage Month 2023
Commissioners discussed plans for Heritage Month and annual Heritage Award
Nominations. Nominations will be sent to Ms. Borth by April 12.
The discussion was completed.

8. OTHER TOPICS
April meeting will be rescheduled to April 19.
